NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, CW Add 17 New Shows Thursday Night: The 3 to Watch

NBC, CBS, ABC, Fox and The CW tonight (February 5, 2026) will add 17 shows to their lineups. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion. (All Times Eastern.)

2026 Milan Cortina Olympics
Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
Who’s In It: Mike Tirico
NBC tonight begins its nightly coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympics with a one-hour highlight/studio show (hosted by Mike Tirico) featuring the day’s events. Thursday is still a relatively slow one in Milan Cortina but you can catch replays and analysis of Curling, Women’s Hockey, Alpine Skiing training and Snowboarding. NFL Honors
Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 9 p.m.
Who’s In It: Jon Hamm (Host)
This month, it’s NBC’s world and we’re just living in it. The peacock network has the exclusive rights to both the Olympics and the Super Bowl and it’s going to ride that billion dollar investment as far as it can go. Tonight at 9 p.m., NBC will air the NFL Honors awards ceremony in which the league will announced this year’s Most Valuable Player among other individual achievements. QBs Josh Allen, Trevor Lawrence and Drake Maye are the leading candidates to bring home the MVP trophy.

Going Dutch (New Episode)
Where to Watch: Fox
When to Watch: 9:30 p.m.
Who’s In It: Denis Leary, Joe Morton, Kristen Johnston
Denis Leary stars as a U.S. army colonel who’s hired to bring order and discipline to a band of military outcasts in the Netherlands. It’s the perfect vehicle for Leary’s abrasive style of humor. Tonight’s episode: The colonel must handle an anonymous protestor on the base while Maggie (Taylor Misiak) goes to a singles mixer.
