Andrews, who still covers the sidelines for Fox’s NFL games, says it’s too difficult keeping up with the national pastime’s ins and outs due to her busy schedule with football. Trish Christakis Goes Viral For Monday Night Football Showcase
Trish Christakis, who covers sports for the CBS affiliate in Miami, attended the September 29th Monday Night Football game between the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets. While the game itself was a bore thanks to the pitiful teams involved, viewers at home stayed glued to the tube to catch a glimpse of Trish working the sidelines. Charissa Thompson, who covers football for Fox and Amazon’s Thursday’s Night Football, is catching heat for her supportive remarks for fellow Fox analyst Mark Sanchez who was arrested in Indianapolis a week ago after an altercation with a truck driver. “Friday night (October 3) in Indianapolis, one of our team members, Mark Sanchez, was involved in an incident that we are still trying to wrap our heads around, at this time, our thoughts and prayers are with him and his family, and all of those involved,” she said. “Since the police arrested Sanchez, not the truck driver, it would appear that the latter is the victim here.
