TV Answer Man, I am looking for a way to watch the Mad Men series with Jon Hamm who I absolutely adore. Any guesses if it’s available on streaming? And I would appreciate it if it’s for free!! — Molly, Mobile, Alabama.

Molly, Mad Men, the AMC drama which aired seven seasons from 2007 to 2015, starred Jon Hamm as the suave but mysterious Don Draper, an advertising executive who charmed both the ladies and clients in 1960s New York.

The show, which was created by Matthew Weiner, a writer on The Sopranos, was designed as a vehicle to offer commentary on the issues of the time, including women in the workforce, media manipulation and traditional masculinity. However, it was the Draper narrative that kept viewers glued to Mad Men week in and week out. Hamm, who was a relatively unknown when he took the part, rendered an unforgettable portrayal of a man in crisis, a crisis that he keeps secret from all including his friends and loved ones.

Mad Men is often named as one of the best shows of all time. But can you now watch it on streaming? Answer: Yes!

AMC Plus, the subscription streaming service with plans starting at $4.99 a month, has all seven seasons of Mad Men available. You can learn more about the seven seasons of Mad Men and how to subscribe to AMC Plus here.

Molly, hope that helps. Happy viewing and stay safe!
