TV Answer Man, I saw your article about YouTube TV having the Super Bowl in 4K for free on its 4K plan. I’m a big sports fan. Do you know which sports channels YouTube TV has? I am thinking of subscribing. Thank you in advance. – Elle, Ames, Iowa.
Elle, YouTube TV, the multi-channel live streaming service, has more than 100 channels for $82.99 a month. (There’s now a time-limited promotional offer for $13 off each of the first six months.)
In addition to the base plan, the streamer has an add-on 4K Plus plan for $9.99 a month. However, YouTube TV has announced that new users of the 4K package can get it for free for 30 days so they can watch the Super Bowl this Sunday in upscaled 4K. (Upscaled 4K is when the broadcast is produced in 1080p HD on site and then converted to 4K for the home transmission.)
YouTube TV subscribers can also go to their membership settings to add 4K Plus for $4.99 a month for 12 months after the 30-day free trial expires. The regular rate of $9.99 a month will apply if you don’t cancel prior to the end of the 12-month promotional period.
Thanks to the Super Bowl offer, and YouTube TV’s exclusive rights to carry the NFL Sunday Ticket, it’s no surprise that many sports fans would now contemplating subscribing to the live streaming service. But is that a good move? What sports channels does YouTube TV actually carry? Well, here’s the list.

YouTube TV also sells the NBA League Pass pay TV package, the NFL Sunday Ticket, and a Sports Plus add-on plan ($10.99 a month) which includes the NFL RedZone Channel, the Tennis Channel, FanDuel.TV and 13 niche sports channels, mostly digital networks available for free on services such as Pluto TV and Tubi.
So if you add them up, that comes to 46 sports channels available on YouTube TV via the base plan or the Sports Plus add-on package. There are a few notable omissions such as the MLB Network, the NHL Network, and regional sports networks in most markets. But YouTube TV can still attract a large sports audience thanks to the Ticket and carriage of most national sports channels.
Elle, hope that helps. Happy viewing and stay safe!

I would trade all of them for MLB. Price recently increased, but still no baseball.
