Amazon’s Prime Video to Add 6 New Shows & Movies This Week – Here’s the One to Watch

Amazon’s Prime Video this week (August 25-31, 2025) plans to add six new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup. Here’s the one to watch:

The Terminal List: Dark Wolf Season 1
Release Date: Wednesday, August 27
Taylor Kitsch (Tim Riggins from Friday Night Lights) returns in his role from The Terminal List (season one) series as a special forces operative combating terrorists around the world. Chris Pratt is also back as his commander. Dark Wolf is intended to be a prequel to season one of The Terminal List which was basically all action and little plot but in a good way. Kitsch (pictured above), who learned a few things about running in Friday Night Lights, is perfect for these types of roles and Pratt brings the right mix of humor and braggadocios. Lower the lights, and your expectations, and you’ll have a good time.
