Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Paramount Plus, Disney Plus and Amazon’s Prime Video are adding 13 new shows and movies today (February 11, 2026). Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

Cross (Season Two)
Where to Watch: Amazon’s Prime Video
What Kind of Show: Mystery/Drama
Who’s In It: Aldis Hodge, Matthew Lillard

Aldis Hodge stars as a detective and forensic psychologist who has a special insight into the psyches of killers. Based on the James Patterson novels, the first season delivered plenty of chills and thrills. In the eight-episode season two, Cross hunts down a new serial killer and Matthew Lillard will join the cast. (The first three episodes of season two will debut today (February 11) with a new episode every Wednesday until the season finale on March 18. Season one is now available on Amazon’s Prime Video.)

Love Is Blind (Season 10)
Where to Watch: Netflix
What Kind of Show: Dating Reality
Who’s In It: Young Ohio Singles

Season 10 of the Netflix dating series will feature a few dozen randy Ohio men and women who will take turns jumping into shielded pods to discuss life, sex and other trivial matters while searching for ‘the one.’ The show is more disposable than an ultra-soft box of Kleenex but it’s harmless and occasionally funny. And if you’re a 20something, it’s probably irresistible.

Asteroid City (2023)
Where to Watch: Peacock
What Kind of Movie: Sci-Fi Comedy
Who’s In It: Scarlett Johansson, Jason Schwartzman, Jeffrey Wright

Asteroid City, which features an ensemble cast including Scarlett Johansson (pictured above) and Jason Schwartzman, depicts a play based on a purported space alien visitation in a small town in the 1950s. Well, you think it’s a play but maybe it’s the real thing; or maybe it’s a documentary. You’re never sure watching this thing. Okay, let me warn you (if I haven’t already). This Wes Anderson (Moonrise Kingdom) directed movie is NOT for all tastes. It’s quirky, goofy, and weird – but very funny. If you like quirky, goofy and weird – and very funny – you’ll love Asteroid City. If you don’t, definitely watch something else.
