Amazon’s Prime Video, which will begin streaming live NBA games on October 24 (tonight’s doubleheader begins at 7:30 p.m. ET) to tipoff an 11-year deal with the league, has unveiled some new features that will be available during game broadcasts which will be streamed in 1080p HD HDR (High Dynamic Range (HDR) and 5.1 Surround Sound.
Personalized Bet Tracking
When you link your Prime Video profile to your FanDuel account, your active NBA bets will be displayed and updated on the screen as well as your won/lost status. (The bet tracking feature does not offer the ability to place bets directly on Prime Video.) Amazon’s ‘Odds View’ (available on supported devices) can be activated to present a rotating feed of live odds, lines, and probabilities associated with popular bets. This includes moneylines, spreads, totals, player props, parlays, game props, and more.
Customized Multiview
The Multiview feature will allow fans who subscribe to Prime Video and the NBA League Pass to watch a combination of NBA on Prime and NBA League Pass games on most devices including smartphones and smart TVs. Viewers will be able to select the primary game for the larger window on screen while also displaying other NBA games in smaller windows. It’s unclear how many games in total can be displayed, but the Amazon graphic provided with today’s press release shows four.

Key Moments
This feature will allow fans to quickly retrieve the game’s pivotal plays in real time.
Rapid Recap
Fans who begin watching a game after it’s started can watch a video highlight reel of the action to the moment in two minutes or less.
In-Game Stats
Fans can access in-game player and team stats on screen in addition to Amazon proprietary statistics about the game.
Amazon will stream 66 regular season games per season during its 11-year agreement with the NBA. The first games will be a doubleheader on October 24, 2025 with the Boston Celtics visiting the New York Knicks at 7:30 p.m. ET and the Minnesota Timberwolves at the Los Angeles Lakers at 10 p.m. ET.
