Feb. 17-23: Amazon’s Prime Video to Add 3 New Releases This Week – Here’s the One to Watch

Amazon’s Prime Video this week (February 17-23, 2025) plans to add three new TV shows and movies to its lineup. Here’s the one you should definitely watch, in my humble opinion:

Reacher S3 (Amazon Original)
Alan Ritchson is back for season three as the man-mountain Jack Reacher, a former U.S. Army military policeman who brings justice to everyday people with his extraordinary skills and stoic demeanor. (Lots of stoic from Jack.) Unlike the Reacher film series starring Tom Cruise, Amazon’s Reacher is closer to the character in the book series upon which the show was based and that seems to play better with Reacher fans and critics. Rotten Tomatoes, the site which tracks critical reviews, gives the first two seasons a score of 95 out of 100. In season three, Reach will uncover a criminal enterprise while trying to rescue a DEA informant. Debuts on Prime Video on Thursday, February 20.

If you’re looking for another new release on Amazon, check out The Meg, the 2018 sci-fi film starring Jason Statham who discovers a mysterious creature while diving deep in the Pacific Ocean. Plenty of chills and action. Debuts on Amazon’s Prime Video on Sunday, February 23.
