Deal Alert: ESPN Offers Unlimited App For $24.99 to Past Subscribers

Since ESPN launched its ‘Unlimited’ app on August 21, the sports network has been carefully not to offer any free trials or discounts. The app, which includes live feeds of all ESPN channels as well as other live and on-demand programming, is priced at $29.99 a month for a reason; company executives believe that’s the right price point to ensure the service will be profitable.
However, as a previous subscriber to ESPN Unlimited, I just received an e-mail invitation to sign up for three months for $24.99 for each month; the regular rate would apply in month four if I don’t cancel.
I don’t know if the link provided by ESPN will work for every past Unlimited subscriber but here it is. I also don’t know if it will work for new subscribers so if you were considering subscribing, give it a try. It’s not a dramatic discount, but money saved is still money saved.
The terms of agreement say you can cancel at any time but there are no refunds for partial months.
So, once again, here’s the link.
