Paramount Plus Offers Military 50 Percent Off For a Lifetime

Paramount Plus, the streaming service, is now offering military personnel a monthly or annual subscription for 50 percent off for the lifetime of the subscription.
For example, a current military person could get the $7.99 a month Paramount Plus Essential plan for $4 a month or the $12.99 a month Premium plan for $6.50 a month. If Paramount raised the price, he or she would still get the new rate for 50 percent off for as long the subscription remains active. The 50 percent reduction would be locked in forever – again, so long as you keep the sub active.
The Paramount Plus Essential plan includes select CBS sports programming as well as an extensive library of shows and movies. However, the Paramount Plus Premium plan also includes Showtime programming and the live feed of your local CBS affiliate.
You can cancel your plan at any time but note that it will auto renew monthly (if you get the monthly plan) or annually (if you get the annual plan) if you don’t cancel.

What about those that are already a subscriber? I verified by military status and when I cliked the “get 50% off” button, was sent to subscribe. Once I logged in and clicked the button, I was simply sent to the main page. No way that I could see to apply a discount towards a renewal.
Does not say new users only so contact customer service.
You’ll probably have to cancel your current sub and resubscribe.
I was in the U.S. Army Reserves in the 80s … I wonder if that could count … 😀
