https://tubitv.com/nflFox announced today that it will stream the Thanksgiving Day game between the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers in 4K on its free streaming service, Tubi.
(The game will also be in 4K on Fox Sports, Fox One and TV providers who offer live Fox Sports events on special 4K channels. While today’s Fox press release did not stipulate whether the 4K broadcast would be native 4K or upscaled, it’s likely to be the latter. Fox Sports produces nearly all of its 4K events in the upscaled format, which means they are produced in 1080p HD and then upscaled to 4K for home delivery.)
The game, which will kickoff at 1 p.m. ET on Thanksgiving Day (November 27, 2025), will be played at Ford Field in Detroit.
The 4K Thanksgiving feed on Tubi follows a similar offering by Fox for the 2025 Super Bowl when the free streamer also delivered the game in the format.
