YouTube TV vs. Fox: How the FCC May Have Stopped a Blackout

The carriage dispute between YouTube TV and Fox comes to a head today when their current carriage agreement is set to expire at 5 p.m. ET. If a new deal is not struck, YouTube TV could lose all Fox programming, including national and local channels. No football. No anything.

However, FCC Chairman Brendan Carr just did something that may have significantly reduced the chances of a blackout at 5 p.m. ET.
