YouTube TV is now offering new users the first three months of service for $49.99 a month, a discount of $99 from the regular price ($82.99 a month). In addition, new users can the first three weeks as a free trial.
That means that football fans looking for a reliable provider of NFL and college games for the upcoming 2025 season can get almost four months of YouTube TV for $150 total.
Note that the discount is only available to customers who are not current YouTube TV base plan subscribers, have not been YouTube TV base plan subscribers nor participated in a YouTube TV base plan trial previously. But if you’re a new YouTube TV customer, it’s a pretty good deal. (Regular monthly rates apply if you don’t cancel prior to the end of the three months plus three weeks.)
Also take note that YouTube TV carries relatively few regional sports channels so that could be a problem if you’re a big sports fan. (It also doesn’t have the MLB Network.) But it does have all the local networks and most basic cable channels. You can also subscribe to the NFL Sunday Ticket via YouTube TV which carries the package of out-of-market Sunday afternoon games as an exclusive. New users can now get the Ticket for $276.
