Sling TV Offers $30 Off With MLB TV Sub – But Is That a Good Deal?

TV Answer Man, are you familiar with Sling TV’s MLB TV offer? Is that a good deal? – Henry, Suitland, Maryland.

Henry, Sling TV says it’s now offering a $30 discount on its first month of service if you bundle the subscription with the MLB TV package of out-of-market games which costs $29.99 a month.

Is Sling TV’s MLB TV Offer a Good Value?

Sling TV normally offers its first month of service for 50 percent off, which brings the price from $45.99 a month to $23 a month. So, you would get $23 off the first month even if you don’t get MLB TV, which means that the live streaming service is actually offering just $7 more if you do. That still makes the deal a decent one but perhaps not as attractive as it first sounds.

It’s also worth noting that MLB TV is available for $29.99 a month at the MLB web site. So you obviously don’t need to subscribe to Sling to get it. However, if you were thinking of subscribing to Sling and MLB TV, the $30 discount might make the difference. To learn more about the Sling MLB TV deal, click here.

Henry, hope that answers your question. Happy viewing and stay safe.
