March 17-23: Max to Add 8 New Shows – But March Madness Will Steal the Show

Max this week (March 17-23, 2025) plans to add eight new movies and TV shows to its streaming lineup. But there’s one addition in particular – one that’s not even a movie or show – that will likely generate the greatest viewership. And that is…

March Madness
Max will offer 1080p Dolby Vision HD coverage of this month’s March Madness men’s college basketball tournament starting with tonight’s (March 18) First Four doubleheader featuring St. Francis and Alabama State at 6:30 p.m. ET and North Carolina facing San Diego State at approximately 9 p.m. ET. (The games will be simulcast on truTV as will tomorrow’s First Four doubleheader, also starting at 6:30 p.m. ET.) The streaming service this week will also show first round action on March 20 and 21 and second round play on March 22 and 23. If you’re a college basketball fan, this is a great way to watch all the games on the Turner networks in one spot. Plus, Max will offer a better picture than what you’ll see anywhere else.
