TV Answer Man, I saw your article on T-Mobile offering the MLS Season Pass for free. Do you know if they will have MLB TV for free again this year? – Barry, Carson City, Nevada.

Barry, MLB TV, the league’s streaming package of out-of-market games, is available this year for $149.99 for the entire season or $29.99 a month. However, T-Mobile, the wireless service, will once again provide the plan for free to customers with its T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile plans who have access to T-Mobile Tuesdays on the T-Live app. (You can download the T-Life app at Google Play and the Apple iTunes store, among other platforms.)

T-Mobile’s Free MLB TV Offer For 2025
T-Mobile says customers can begin to redeem the free MLB TV subscription on the T-Life app from Tuesday, March 25, 5 a.m. ET through Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 4:59 a.m. ET. After April 1, at 4:59 a.m. ET, the free offer will no longer be available for the 2025 season.

Blackout Restrictions
Local blackouts will still apply in the 2025 MLB TV out-of-market package. You cannot watch the team or teams in your local market with a MLB.TV subscription. You can determine which teams would be blacked out in your zip code here.
