Netflix this month (April 2024) plans to add 92 new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup. Here are the three most interesting, in my humble opinion:

Ripley
Andrew Scott plays Tom Ripley, a devilish young man who discovers the ticket to fame and fortune is deceit and death (but not his own.) Based on the Patricia Highsmith novels, the supporting cast includes Dakota Fanning, Johnny Flynn and John Malkovich. An eight-episode series about deceit and murder that includes Malkovich alone makes it worth watching. Debuts April 4.

Scoop
The film, which stars Gillian Anderson, Billie Piper and Rufus Sewell, chronicles the behind-the-scenes story of the BBC’s infamous 2019 interview with Prince Andrew regarding his involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal. Andrew (played by Sewell) flubbed the interview with evasive answers and body language that would make any PR specialist cringe. Fans of The Crown and backstage TV stories should love this one. Debuts April 5.

The Antisocial Network: Memes to Mayhem
The Netflix original documentary shows how a small group of teenagers was able to start a lowly web site (4chan) which amazingly evolved into the home of every conspiracy theory you can think of. If you ever have fears of the dark side of the Internet, this one is for you. Debuts April 5.
