NBC, Fox, CBS, NBC, CW Adding 13 Shows Friday Night: The 3 to Watch

ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and The CW tonight (December 26, 2025) will add 13 new shows and episodes. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

20/20
Where to Watch: ABC
When to Watch: 9 p.m. ET
In 2020, a Bismarck, North Dakota house owned by a married couple named Chad and Nikki Entzel suddenly became engulfed in flames. Nikki called the police but it was too late to save Chad. In fact, it was WAY too late because someone shot Chad long before the fire started. The 20/20 true crime investigation examines how the arson was committed and who was responsible for Chad’s death, including an exclusive interview with Nikki.

Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 9 p.m. ET
And if that murder plot isn’t enough to warm your cockles, flip over to NBC to learn about the ‘Death at the Spa.’ Dateline correspondent Josh Mankiewicz dons the Fedora to investigate the mysterious 2018 blast at a day spa in Aliso Viejo, California that took the life of a 48-year-old Mom.

Stumble
Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 8:30 p.m. ET
Did you like The Office? Parks and Recreation? Then you will probably like Stumble, a mockumentary-style comedy about a cheerleading team at a West Texas junior college. The talented cast includes former SNL cast member Taran Killam as a local college football coach and Jenn Lyon (pictured above) as the cheerleading coach. Tonight is season one, episode five (a repeat) with Lyon’s character desperately trying to spark some school spirit during homecoming week. If you like it, you can catch the first six episodes of season one at Peacock. (The show debuted in November.)
