TV Answer Man, do you know when the next NASCAR race will be in 4K? And what about other sports coming up in 4K? They look great on my new TV! – Gene, Pittsburgh.

Gene, Fox’s next upscale 4K broadcast of a NASCAR race will be Sunday, April 12, 2026 when it will air the Food City 400 in the format.

The race, which will be held at the Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee at 3 p.m. ET, will be simulcast in HD on FS1.

As for other sports coming up in upscale 4K, ESPN this Friday night (April 3) will air the NCAA Women’s Basketball Final Four in 4K, starting at 7 p.m. ET. Then on Sunday (April 5), the sports network will offer the Women’s Championship game in 4K.

Fox this week is airing all games in the Crown basketball tournament in 4K. There’s a doubleheader starting tonight at 8 p.m. ET (Check your provider’s 4K listings for more game times and details.)

On Saturday, NBC will air an English Premier League game between Liverpool and Fulham in 4K at 12:30 p.m. ET.

How Can You Watch Fox’s 4K Broadcasts?
Fox 4K events can be seen in the format on the Fox One app by logging in with your TV Everywhere user name and password from your pay TV provider. (You can also watch the game in 4K with a separate subscription to Fox One which costs $19.99 a month.)

The pay TV services that normally offer Fox games in 4K on special 4K channels are DIRECTV, Dish, Sling TV, Comcast, Verizon, Optimum, YouTube TV, Spectrum TV (Xumo, Apple TV 4K, Roku 4K devices only) and FuboTV. Which TV Providers Will Offer the ESPN Games In 4K?
YouTube TV, Dish, Sling TV, DIRECTV, Comcast’s Xfinity TV, Optimum, Charter’s Spectrum TV (on compatible streaming devices) and Verizon are expected to offer the games on their ESPN 4K channels. ESPN does not offer 4K programming on its new Unlimited app.

Which Providers Will Carry the NBC Soccer Game In 4K?
DIRECTV, Optimum TV, Charter’s Spectrum TV (on compatible streaming devices) and YouTube TV are among the TV providers that will carry the English Premier League game in 4K on special 4K channels. Consult your on-screen guide to see if your provider will carry the game in 4K.
