Roku is now advertising the ads-included HBO Max plan for $2.99 a month for 12 months. The regular monthly price for that plan is $10.99.

The ads-included HBO Max has the same lineup as the higher-priced packages except it does not include live sports from TNT and TBS.

The HBO Max deal is good until December 1 2025.

Update: The terms of agreement say the deal doesn’t start until November 24 so it might not be available yet. I saw it posted late this morning on the Roku Channel page but not since. So if you don’t see it now, it should be available by Monday.

Update #2: The HBO Max deal is now live. See this for more details.

Roku is also offering its Howdy streaming service for 99 cents a month for two months. The regular price is $2.99 a month. Howdy offers the Roku Channel lineup without ads.

In other Roku discounts, AMC+ is now $1.99 a month for two months; Britbox is $2.99 a month for two months; Starz is $2.99 a month for two months; Acorn TV is $2.99 a month for two months; and MGM+ is 99 cents a month for two months.

Roku has announced that it will sell Paramount Plus for $2.99 a month for two months on November 25. To see the latest Roku streaming discounts, go to The Roku Channel, which is free here to everyone online. The channel is also available on the home page of your Roku devices and TVs.

Roku is now advertising a Disney/Hulu bundle for $4.99 a month for 12 months but has yet to add it to its subscription deals.

I use a firestick and have a roku free account. Can I get access to the subs promotions without roku hardware?

Everytime I select the subscription it’s $1`0.99 a month is the only option. Both Roku and at HBO site.
