Does Fox One Offer a Multiview Feature?

TV Answer Man, do you know if Fox One has Multiview so you can watch more than one football game when it’s on FS1 and FS2 and so on? – Jamal, Sacramento.

Jamal, for those unfamiliar, Fox One is the new cord-cutter app from the Fox network. Priced at $19.99 a month (free access for cable/satellite/live streaming customers who have Fox in their plans), Fox One offers live feeds of all Fox channels (including your local affiliate), on-demand programming and news and sports highlights.

The service, which can be viewed online here or via an app downloaded from your TV or device’s app store, will even offer select live sporting events in 4K.

But does Fox One have a Multiview feature which allows users to watch multiple channels on one screen. Answer: Yes.

The Fox One Multiview does not allow you to choose which channels are seen on one screen; the network chooses the channels. But the current Multiview lineup includes one with FS1 and FS2; one with Fox News and Fox Business; one with Fox News, Fox Business and Fox Weather; and one with FS1 and Fox News. (You can control which screen has audio.)

By the way, ESPN’s new unlimited app, which costs $29.99 a month, also includes a Multiview feature. I’ll have more on that in a future article.

Jamal, I hope that answers your question. Happy viewing and stay safe!

I’m not seeing the multi view option at all on an Apple TV 4K or a fire stick 4K. I’m thinking it is only available if you have a direct subscription and not using provider authentication?

Write, but the line for multiview doesn’t show up. From comparing demo videos on YouTube I seem to also be missing a few icons on the left, such as a sports one. I have a feeling it’s only a feature for those that subscribe directly.

I reached out to support and they confirmed it’s a known issue (logging in with tv provider and not seeing multiview). No ETA.
