DIRECTV to Air Tonight’s FireAid Concert For Free; Billie Eilish & Katy Perry to Perform

DIRECTV tonight will air the FireAid Benefit Concert for free to satellite, streaming and business customers. The music broadcast, which is being held to raise funds for Los Angeles area residents affected by the recent wildfires, will start at 10 p.m. ET and will be available on channel 101 on satellite and DIRECTV Stream, and DIRECTV’s free service, MyFreeDIRECTV, which does not require a subscription.

The FireAid Benefit Concert, which will be held at two LA-area venues, the Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum, will feature a long lineup of high-profile performers including:

At The Intuit Dome 
Billie Eilish, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gracie Abrams, Jelly Roll, Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lil Baby, Olivia Rodrigo, Peso Pluma, Rod StewartStevie Wonder, Sting and Tate McRae.

At the Kia Forum 
Alanis Morissette, Anderson Paak, Dave Matthews and John Mayer, Dawes, Graham Nash, Green Day, John FogertyJoni Mitchell, No Doubt, Pink, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stephen StillsStevie Nicks and The Black Crowes.

DIRECTV, which is based in Los Angeles, has also committed to donating $1 million to FireAid to provide relief in the affected communities in Southern California.

“DIRECTV is proud to call Los Angeles home for the past 30 years and is honored to work with FireAid to make the benefit concert available to our consumers and businesses nationwide at no cost, and to support our customers, our employees, and communities in Southern California affected by the recent fires,” said Bill Morrow, CEO at DIRECTV.

In addition to DIRECTV’s free broadcast of the FireAid concert, the following streaming services will provide the event for free: Apple Music, Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu, FanDuel, KTLA+, Max, Facebook and Instagram, Netflix, Paramount+, Pluto TV, Peacock, YouTube, and Amazon’s Prime Video.
