NFL Sunday Ticket: Are There Any Discounts Left?

TV Answer Man, I think I screwed up. I waited on YouTube offering more discounts for the NFL Sunday Ticket, but it looks like the discounts are gone and the season starts on Sunday! Any suggestions? Any predictions for more discounts? (Hoping!!) — Grant, Shaker Heights, Ohio.
Grant, I feel your pain. YouTube earlier this year offered several discounts for the Sunday Ticket with both the YouTube TV bundle and the standalone YouTube Primetime Channels version. One promotional offer had the Ticket as low as $179! (It’s now $379 with the bundle and $479 if purchased separately on Primetime Channels.)
However, when you now go to the official page of the NFL Sunday Ticket, the only discount offered is for YouTube TV. With the season starting in four days, it looks like you will have to pay full price to watch your out-of-the-market Sunday afternoon games.
That is, unless you read The TV Answer Man. We have discovered this unadvertised page at YouTube that will reduce the Primetime Channels’ Ticket price from $479 to $429. The promo code is Ticket50 although YouTube at checkout says the reduction is already included so you don’t have to manually input it.
We also learned last week from a Google spokeswoman that YouTube is offering a free, one-week trial of the Sunday Ticket. Read our article for more details.
Grant, hope that helps. Happy viewing and stay safe!
