Amazon’s Prime Video to Add 4 New Titles This Week – Here’s the 2 to Watch

Amazon’s Prime Video this week (July 21-27, 2024) plans to add four new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup. Here are the two most interesting new titles, in my humble opinion:

Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning (2023)
The seventh installment in the action/adventure series starring Tom Cruise as secret agent Ethan Hunt  was released in theaters on July 12, 2023, generating nearly $600 million worldwide. And with good reason. The film is arguably the best MI yet with daredevil stunts and plot twists that defy the eyes and the senses. Cruise has never been better and the supporting cast, including series newcomer Hayley Atwell, is splendid. Get the big box of popcorn out for this one and enjoy. Debuts Thursday, July 25.

Bob Marley: One Love (2024)
Kingsley Ben-Adir stars as the reggae legend Bob Marley who died tragically from skin cancer at the age of 26. While most fans likely know him exclusively from his hypnotic beats, Marley’s short life was in constant peril due to the violent nature of politics in his native Jamaica. The film chronicles Marley’s attempt at bringing the warring political factions together through music despite the risk to him and his family. Debuts Tuesday, July 23.
