Fox, ESPN and Warner Bros. Discovery are planning to form a bundled sports streaming service, The Wall Street Journal reports. The service, which would be launched later this year, does not have a name or price yet.

The newspaper writes that the service would be available to ESPN+, Hulu and Max subscribers with the three companies each owning one-third.

With the three companies involved, the sports streamer could feature ESPN broadcasts, Fox Sports games and TNT and TBS broadcasts. However, the price of sports TV rights, and the formidable lineup, would likely require the service to carry a hefty price tag.

Axios reports that the new venture would include games from the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA and the major college sports divisions as well as live sports content from ESPN+.
