PBS, ABC, Fox, CW, NBC and CBS tonight (March 6, 2026) will add 17 new shows to their lineups. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion. (All Times Eastern.)

World Baseball Classic: USA vs. Brazil – 8 p.m.
Where to Watch: Fox
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
Who’s In It: Logan Webb, Bryce Harper
The 2026 World Baseball Classic started Wednesday night and the USA team’s first game is tonight against Brazil. San Francisco Giants’ Logan Webb is scheduled to start for the United States backed by USA lineup teeming with sluggers such as Philadelphia’s Bryce Harper and Seattle’s Cal Raleigh. It’s not the World Series, folks, but the level of competition certainly rises from regular spring training games. So if you love baseball, enjoy.

Who’s In It: David Muir, Deborah Roberts
Continuing a sports theme tonight, the true crime team at ABC partners with sister network ESPN to investigate the 2006 murder of University of Miami football player Brian Pata who was killed after leaving practice. The top suspect is a former teammate who had scuffled earlier with Pata over a girlfriend. But could someone else have been involved? And why does so many bad things happen at the U?

Who’s In It: Josh Mankiewicz
Josh Mankiewicz dons the Fedora tonight to investigate the 2010 murder of an American University (Washington, D.C.) professor who was found strangled and bludgeoned in her home after a botched robbery. However, it appears that the robbery was staged and the real motive behind the killing was passion!
