Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, HBO Adding 11 New Releases Today: The 3 to Watch

Netflix, Amazon’s Prime Video, Peacock, HBO Max, Disney Plus and Hulu today (March 2, 2026) are adding 11 new TV shows and movies to their streaming lineups. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

 

Jurassic Park: Dominion (2022)
Where to Watch: Netflix
What Kind of Movie: Action
Who’s In It: Bryce Dallas Howard, Chris Pratt, Sam Neill, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum
Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard star as newbies investigating the impact of the dinosaurs being released into the human world. Of course, this is a Jurassic Park movie so we don’t need to investigate the impact – it’s not good, folks. The big boys and girls are running amok again and it will take old ‘told-ya-sos’ like Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum to help rein them in. This is not the best Jurassic Park movie by a long stretch (the stretch of a dinosaur’s neck, in fact), but it’s still fun and the special effects are excellent. Lower the lights, and your expectations, and you will enjoy your time with Jurassic Park: Dominion.

 

Gabby’s Dollhouse (Season 13)

What Kind of Show: Animated Children’s
Who’s In It: Laila Lockhart Kramer
If you have a little one at home, I strongly recommend plunking the kid in front of the set for a few episodes (or more) of Gabby’s Dollhouse. The animated show, which features a young girl named Gabby (Laila Lockhart Kramer) and her magical cats, is a delight for eyes and ears and is guaranteed to entertain and inform. Trust me on this; you won’t regret it. (Just be prepared if your kid starts begging for a kitten of his or her own.)

 

A Beautiful Day In the Neighborhood (2019)
Where to Watch: Amazon’s Prime Video
What Kind of Movie: Biofilm
Who’s In It: Tom Hanks, Matthew Rhys
Tom Hanks (pictured above) stars as Fred Rogers, the lovable host of PBS’ Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood. The film casts a spotlight on the late icon’s life using the device of an Esquire Magazine writer (Matthew Rhys) writing a profile on him. Along the way, Rogers dishes out life’s lessons about acceptance and empathy. A Beautiful Day In the Neighborhood is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful person.
