Amazon’s Prime Video is removing 30 movies from its lineup between now and February 28, 2026. Here are the three to watch before they leave, in my humble opinion:

The Iron Claw (2023)
When Will It Leave: February 19, 2026
What Kind of Movie: Drama/BioFilm
Who’s In It: Zach Efron, Jeremy Allen White, Holt McCallany, Maura Tierney
The 2023 biofilm (pictured above) stars Zach Efron and Jeremy Allen White as sons of wrestling promoter Fritz Von Erich who groomed them to become pro wrestlers despite physical and emotional tragedies that plagued the family for years. Holt McCallany, who co-starred in Netflix’s Mindhunter, plays the family patriarch with Maura Tierney as his wife. The critics loved The Iron Claw with an 89 score at Rotten Tomatoes. “The true story of the inseparable Von Erich brothers, who made history in the intensely competitive world of professional wrestling in the early 1980s. Through tragedy and triumph, under the shadow of their domineering father and coach, the brothers seek larger-than-life immortality on the biggest stage in sports,” the site states, I saw this film when it first aired on HBO Max and I highly recommend it. Great (and touching) performances from Efron and White as well as McCallany as the domineering Dad.

Ray (2004)
When Is It Leaving: March 1, 2026
What Kind of Movie: Bio Drama
Who’s In It: Jamie Foxx, Kerry Washington, Terrence Howard

Ray, directed by Taylor Hackford chronicles the life story of the late and great blind singer, Ray Charles, starring Jamie Foxx in the performance of a lifetime. Foxx’s exceptional (and still underrated) talents are on full display and Hackford does a masterful job of showing the singer’s full life, warts and all.

Burn After Reading (2008)
When Is It Leaving: March 1, 2026
What Kind of Movie: Comedy
Who’s In It: Brad Pitt, Frances McDormand, George Clooney

The Coen Bros. screwball comedy/drama stars Brad Pitt and Frances McDormand as amateur espionage traders with fun supporting performances from George Clooney, John Malkovich and Richard Jenkins. While this is not the best Coen, better than average Coen is better than most anything else.
