Sling TV, which arguably has been the least expensive live streaming service for years, just got more pricey for some subscribers.
What Are Sling TV’s New Prices?
The EchoStar-owned streamer has raised the price of its Blue basic package from $45.99 a month to $49.99 in markets where both the NBC and Fox affiliate is available. In markets where NBC, Fox and ABC are available, Blue’s price is now $54.99 a month.
What Are Sling TV’s Plans?
Sling TV offers two basic plans: Blue and Orange.
The latter, which is still $45.99 a month, features roughly 30 channels such as the Disney suite of channels, including ESPN, as well as other basic cable channels such as CNN, TNT and TBS.
The Blue plan, which has roughly 50 channels, includes Fox News, the NFL Network, and local affiliates in select markets.
Sling does not offer local network affiliates in all markets. To see if your local market includes network affiliates, click here and enter your zip code.
The live streamer also offers a package of Blue and Orange combined for $69.99 a month, an increase of $10 a month. The first month is available for $35.
Sling also has short-term plans for as little as $4.99 a day.
