Paramount Plus, Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Amazon Add 11 New Releases Tuesday: The 3 to Watch

Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Amazon’s Prime Video and Peacock are adding 11 new TV shows today (January 13, 2026). Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

Running Man (2025)
What Kind of Movie: Action/Sci-Fi
Where to Watch: Paramount Plus
Who’s In It: Glen Powell, Josh Brolin, Emilia Jones
Glen Powell (pictured above) stars as the game show ‘running man’ who’s hunted by TV network killers in this remake of the Arnold Schwarzenegger film from 1987. This version, directed by Edgar Wright (Baby Driver), was a box office bomb although many critics praised it as did Stephen King whose 1982 novel it’s based on. Today, you can decide for yourself when it runs home to Paramount Plus.

Tell Me Lies (Two episode season three premiere)
What Kind of Show: Drama
Where to Watch: Hulu
Who’s In It: Grace Van Patten, Jackson White
The dramatic series stars Grace Van Patten as a college coed who becomes entangled in a toxic relationship with an older student (Jackson White) over the course of eight years. The show, now in its third season on Hulu, has become a surprise hit with many comparing it favorably to HBO’s Big Little Lies.

What Kind of Show: Sports Talk
Where to Watch: Amazon’s Prime Video (8 p.m. ET)
Who’s In It: Kenan Thompson, Kevin Hart
Kenan Thompson and Kevin Hart continue their sports talk show series, casting a funny eye (well, four eyes) at recent top games with celebrity interviews and other miscellaneous filler. Love sports and need a quick laugh? This one is for you.
