NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, CW Adding 13 Shows Tuesday Night: The 3 to Watch

NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS and the CW tonight (January 13, 2026) will add 13 new shows and episodes to their lineups. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion: (All times Eastern.)

Harlan Coben’s Final Twist
Where to Watch: CBS
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
Who’s In It: Harlan Coben
Best-selling mystery writer Harlan Coben drops the pen and dons the Fedora to investigate real-life mysteries in this new CBS series. In tonight’s debut episode, titled, ‘Gambler’s Debt,’ a successful business woman is found stabbed in her home but there’s a Conga-line of suspects and it leads to a nearby casino. (Note: CBS will repeat this episode on Wednesday at 10 p.m. ET)

NBA Basketball: San Antonio at Oklahoma City
Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
Who’s In It: Victor Wembanyama, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander
NBC has a terrific NBA matchup tonight when the San Antonio Spurs visit the Oklahoma City Thunder at 8 p.m. ET. The Spurs, led by 7’4” Victor Wembanyama (24.3 points a game with 11.1 rebounds), are 27-12 while the Thunder, led by high-scoring Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (averaging 31.9 points a game), are 33-7 and 19-2 at home. Two great teams (top two best records in the Western Conference) with two great players.

When: 9 p.m. ET
Who’s In It: Kaitlin Olson, Daniel Sunjata
If you’re looking for a new show to love, check out High Potential which stars Kaitlin Olson as a genius single Mom (don’t all single Moms have to be geniuses?) who uses her exceptional brain power to help the local police solve crimes. Olson (It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia) is very good in lead and ABC tonight will air a new episode (episode nine in season two). Morgan (Olson) and detective Karadec (Daniel Sunjata) investigate a hit on a hitman. (If you like it, you can catch up with season one and the first eight episodes of season two on Hulu.)
