Disney Extends Hulu Live Discount Amid YouTube TV Fight

Disney has extended the deadline for a discount offer on Hulu Live with the company still engaged in a carriage battle with Hulu Live rival, YouTube TV.

The Hulu Live offer of $25 off each of the first three months was set to expire today at 6 p.m. ET. But the streamer this morning moved the deadline to November 18, 2025, which gives YouTube TV customers, and everyone else, more time to subscribe. Hulu Live carries the entire suite of Disney channels including ESPN, ABC and FX.

Since Friday’s blackout of ESPN and ABC, some YouTube TV subscribers have been shopping around for a new streaming service that carries the Disney-owned networks. Hulu Live’s price is normally $89.99 a month so this is a good way to lock in lower prices for three months.

Of course, some YouTube TV subscribers may have qualms about signing up for Hulu because it’s owned by Disney which would benefit from the streamer’s customers joining their team.
