Disney, Hulu, ESPN+ Raising Prices Next Month

Disney announced today at its web site that it’s raising the price of the Disney+/Hulu plan with ads from $10.99 a month to $12.99 a month, effective October 21, 2025.

And that’s not all.

The Disney+ Premium plan, which does not include ads, will rise from $15.99 a month to $18.99 a month on that day. The standalone Disney+ with ads plan (with no Hulu) will increase from $9.99 a month to $11.99 a month as will the Hulu standalone plan with ads.

The Hulu Live streaming plan, which includes roughly 100 live networks, will jump from $82.99 a month to $89.99 a month.

ESPN+, which offers limited live sports programming including the NHL Power Play, will rise from $11.99 a month to $12.99 a month on October 21.

Finally, the price of Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ (also known as ESPN Select) bundle with ads will increase to $19.99 a month on October 21.

Disney is maintaining the 12-month price of the Disney/Hulu/ESPN Unlimited app bundle at $29.99 a month.

This is the first price hike for Disney+ and Hulu since last October; it also raised prices in October 2023.

By keeping the Disney/Hulu/ESPN Unlimited bundle at $29.99 a month, it would appear that Disney is encouraging consumers to get the triple bundle over separate subscriptions or smaller bundles.
