The TV Answer Man – Follow me on X.
Hulu this week (April 6-12, 2025) plans to add 20 new TV shows and movies to its subscription Video on Demand service. Wondering what to watch? Here’s my top pick of the week.
The Handmaid’s Tale, Season Six – Hulu Original
The Hulu original series about female subjugation in a dystopian society stars Elizabeth Moss as a resistance leader in the fight against the state. On April 8, 2025, Hulu will premiere the first three episodes of season six, the last in the series, with the remaining seven installments running every Tuesday until the series finale on May 27. I can’t say the show is my cup of tea but Moss is a terrific actress and there’s no doubt that The Handmaid’s Tale has become an inspiration for many women. Debuts April 8 with three episodes of season six.
