NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX, PBS Adding 15 Shows Tonight: The 3 to Watch

NBC, CBS, PBS, ABC, FOX and The CW tonight (March 26, 2026) will add 15 shows. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion. (All Times Eastern):
Grey’s Anatomy (New Episode)
Where to Watch: ABC
When to Watch: 10 p.m.
Who’s In It: Ellen Pompeo, Chandra Wilson, Anthony Hill, Jason George,
Grey’s Anatomy is now in season 22 and the staff is looking a bit gray themselves. But the longest-running medical drama still packs a punch. Tonight’s new episode features Kevin McKidd (“Owen”) and Kim Raver (“Teddy”) galloping down the stretch towards their scheduled departures from the show. (Both actors are exiting after the season’s conclusion.) Owen contemplates leaving Grey’s for a rural medical center while Teddy has ‘thoughts’ about her relationship with Dr. Owen. Sounds a bit messy on the set tonight but great drama (on and off the set.)
MLB Baseball: Arizona at Los Angeles
Where to Watch: NBC
What Kind of Show: Sports
Who’s In It: Shohei Ohtani, Zac Gallen
Play ball! Major League Baseball returns to NBC today with two games including the primetime matchup between NL West rivals, the Arizona Diamondbacks and the World Champion Los Angeles Dodgers. Japanese slugger Shohei Ohtani will lead LA while Arizona’s Zac Gallen will try to keep the Dodgers’ potent lineup at bay.

What Kind of Show: Awards/Music
Who’s In It: Ludacris, Miley Cyrus, En Vogue, Taylor Swift
March Madness on CBS is the obvious third pick here but I want to mix it up with a non-sports selection. So, let’s go with the live airing of the 2026 iHeart Radio Music Awards, hosted by Ludacris. There will be performances from the aforementioned Ludacris, Lainey Wilson, En Vogue and even Salt-n-Pepa. And not only that, Taylor Swift will appear and Miley Cyrus, fresh from her Hannah Montana anniversary special on Disney Plus, will get a special award..of some kind. (Anything to get her to show up.)
