NBC, CW, CBS, ABC, Fox, PBS Adding 16 Shows Tonight: The 3 to Watch

NBC, ABC, PBS, Fox, CW, and CBS tonight (March 10, 2026) will add 16 new shows to their primetime lineups. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion. (All Times Eastern.)

High Potential (New Episode)
Where to Watch: ABC
When: 9 p.m. ET
Who’s In It: Kaitlin Olson, Daniel Sunjata
If you’re looking for a new show to love, check out High Potential, which was just renewed for season three. The show stars Kaitlin Olson as a genius single Mom (don’t all single Moms have to be geniuses?) who uses her exceptional brain power to help the local police solve crimes. Olson (It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia) is very good in lead. Tonight, in a new episode, and Morgan (Olson) continues to look for her missing husband (don’t look too hard; the single Mom plotline is working; you got renewed, you know) and Daphne (Javicia Leslie) heads up a new investigation. (Note: You can catch up with old episodes on Hulu.)

Doc (New episode)
Where to Watch: Fox
When to Watch: 9 p.m.
Who’s In It: Molly Parker, Omar Metwally
Molly Parker (Deadwood) stars as a brilliant doctor (there are only brilliant doctors in prime time TV) who loses her memory of the last eight years after suffering a traumatic brain injury in a car accident. She must rebuild her life and career while seeking to regain past memories. Okay, the plot line may seem ridiculous but Parker is an excellent actress and it was also just renewed for a season three! So, let’s not mess with success. In tonight’s new episode, titled, ‘Good Hands,’ Amy (Parker) must confront a fellow doctor (Felicity Huffman) about her illness. Jeez, the doctors get sick more often than the patients in this place!

When to Watch 10 p.m.
What Kind of Show: Drama/Comedy
Who’s In It: Scott Speedman, Jaina Lee Ortiz
Scott Speedman (Underworld, Grey’s Anatomy) stars as a disgraced journalist (and ex-convict; not sure which is worse) who attempts a life rebound as a private investigator in South Florida. The new ABC show has all the earmarks of being written by someone who watched a lot of 1970s/1980s network TV. Handsome guy with checkered past solves cases the police won’t touch in beach community populated by beautiful bikini-clad women. (Magnum PI, Rockford Files, etc.) Who knows? Maybe it’s an idea whose time has come…again. In tonight’s second episode, Deck investigates why a dismembered corpse has something to do with a meat grinder and thousands of Venus Fly Traps. (I think we already know the meat grinder connection, Deck.)
