CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, CW Add 12 New Shows Saturday Night: The 3 to Watch

NBC, Fox, ABC, CBS, and The CW tonight (January 10, 2026) will add 12 shows and episodes. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion. (All Times Eastern.)

College Basketball: Maryland at UCLA
Where to Watch: Fox
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
The 10-5 UCLA Bruins host the 7-8 Maryland Terps in this cross-coastal matchup of Big Ten teams. UCLA is led by senior forward Tyler Bilodeau who’s averaging 18.1 points a game while the Terps are paced by senior guard David Coit who’s averaging 13.1 points a game. ESPN’s Matchup Predictor gives UCLA a 84.8 percent chance of winning while the oddsmakers say the Bruins are a 11.5-point favorite.

U.S. Figure Skating Championships
Where to Watch: NBC
When to Watch: 8 p.m.
The 2026 Winter Olympics is less than a month away and NBC is whetting our appetite with another three-hour presentation of the 2026 U.S. Figure Skating Championships which will determine who represents the nation in Italy next month. Ilia Malinin, Amber Glenn and Madison Chock are among the favorites.

48 Hours
Where to Watch: CBS
When to Watch: 10 p.m.
The inveterate true-crime doc has a new episode at 10 p.m. The team investigates the mysterious death of a beautiful young Alabama mother who was found to have an “astronomical” amount of lead in her system. Was this the result of natural causes or was someone poisoning her over a period of time? (Since this is 48 Hours, we can safely speculate that it’s the latter.) The show interviews family members, and yes, including the husband.
