The TV Answer Man – Buy Me a Coffee!
Disney+ this week (December 7-13, 2025) plans to add eight new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:
Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour/Final Show – Premiere
Release Date: Friday, December 12
Oh my, how the Disney+ sub numbers will jump this week. The streamer will premiere (exclusively) the final concert in Taylor Swift’s massively successful Eras tour. Filmed in Vancouver, the Disney+ show will include the complete concert, including a set from Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department album.
Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour/End of an Era (two episode premiere)
Release Date: Friday, December 12
And we’re not done, Swifties. Disney+ will also premiere a six-part docuseries on the tour with the first two episodes running on December 12.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (Disney Original) – Season Two
Release Date: Wednesday, December 10
Walker Scobell stars as young Percy Jackson who must locate Zeus’ lost thunderbolt to restore order in mythological Greece. The popular teen/tween show, which will also debut on Hulu, will follow Percy in season two as he enters the Sea of Monsters to find the Golden Fleece!
