One Battle After Another Now Available For Pre-Order
One Battle After Another, the new Paul Thomas Anderson movie starring Leonardo DiCaprio, is now available for pre-ordering on Blu-ray and Blu-ray 4K at Amazon. The cost for the 4K edition is $29.99 while the HD Blu-ray is $24.99. No word on when the discs will be released. The film, which has received glowing reviews, opened in theaters last week. Stanley Kubrick’s Uncensored Eyes Wide Shut Available On Blu-ray 4K In November
Eyes Wide Shut, director Stanley Kubrick’s last film before his sudden death at 70 in 1999, will be available in an uncensored edition on Blu-ray 4K on November 11. Even better, Criterion will offer the restoration of the film which stars Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman (pictured above) as a married couple whose routine life is torn asunder by jealousy. The uncensored edition, which was originally released in Europe, will eliminate image blocking added to the film’s sex scenes shortly before it was released to obtain a R rating. Minority Report Comes to 4K In December
Speaking of Tom Cruise, his Minority Report (directed by Steven Spielberg) will be released on 4K Blu-ray on December 9. The film stars Cruise as a detective in the future where you can predict crime before it happens; however, the skill becomes a big problem when the police predicts that Cruise will be the next one to commit a murder. You can pre-order the 4K disc now at Amazon for $30.99.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest Hits 4K Blu-ray On November 11
To celebrate the film’s 50th anniversary, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest will finally be released on 4K Blu-ray on November 11, The movie stars Jack Nicholson as a serial criminal who fakes a mental illness to avoid a prison sentence. The ploy goes south when he learns he can’t leave the psychiatric hospital until he proves he’s sane.
