Deal Alert: DIRECTV’s $84.99 Entertainment Plan With Sports Pack For $49.99 For First Month

DIRECTV is now offering streaming customers its $84.99 a month Entertainment Signature plan with the $14,99 a month Sports Pack included for $49.99 total (not including taxes and fees) for the first month. (The fees would be an extra $10 a month if you lease a Gemini device; however, you can use your own streaming device instead.)

The deal is good until August 24. The Entertainment plan has more than 90 channels (but no regional sports networks).

Note that regular prices for both the Entertainment plan and the Sports Pack will apply if you don’t cancel prior to the end of the first month. (DIRECTV streaming comes with a five-day free trial.)

The Sports Pack has more than 40 national and regional sports channels. (Most live pro games on the regional channels are only available in market.)

In addition, new customers who subscribe by August 24 to the Entertainment plan with a Gemini or Gemini Air device will automatically be entered into the DIRECTV Front Row Seat Sweepstakes, which is part of the DIRECTV Perks program.

DIRECTV will upgrade five winners in the sweepstakes to a ‘Front Row Seat,’ which will include one year of the Entertainment plan with a Disney+/Hulu ads-included bundle and ESPN’s new unlimited streaming service which launches August 21; the DIRECTV Sports Pack for a year; and a credit for a Gemini or Gemini Air device plus cash prizes totaling $9,000.
