TV Answer Man, can you give us a list of the regional sports channels that DIRECTV Stream carries. I’m looking for the right streaming unit for the baseball season and I need to know if they have my RSN in Baltimore. — Van, Glen Burnie, Maryland.

Van, DIRECTV Stream, a multi-channel live streaming service which is an alternative to DIRECTV’s satellite offering, includes regional sports networks in its Choice and above plans. The Choice package starts at $108.99 a month, although DIRECTV Stream is now offering $10 off each of the first three months. The lower price would take you through the end of June or roughly half of the 2024 baseball season.

But which regional sports networks does DIRECTV Stream carry? Here’s a list:

Altitude (Nuggets, Avalanche)
MASN (Orioles and Nationals)
Root Sports Northwest (Mariners)
Spectrum SportsNet LA (Dodgers)
MSG (Knicks, Devils, Rangers, Islanders)
NESN (Red Sox, Bruins)
Yes Network (Yankees)
SNY (Mets)
NBC Sports regionals (San Francisco Giants, White Sox, various teams)
Monumental Sports Network (Wizards, Capitals)
Marquee Sports Network (Cubs)
Space City Home Network (Astros, Rockets)
Longhorn Network
SportsNet Pittsburgh (Pirates, Penguins)
Bally Sports regionals (11 MLB teams)

It’s also worth noting that DIRECTV Stream does not require a regional sports fee, unlike rival streamer Fubo and DIRECTV’s satellite service.

Van, hope that helps. Happy viewing and stay safe!
