CBS, ABC, FOX, NBC, The CW and PBS tonight (March 18, 2026) will add 20 shows. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

Abbott Elementary (New episode)
What Kind of Show: Workplace comedy
Where to Watch: ABC
When to Watch: 8:30 p.m.

The mockumentary comedy featuring everyone’s favorite underfunded Philadelphia public school was just renewed for another season (will be its sixth). Tonight in a new episode, the staff prepares for the Janitor’s Ball. (Janitor’s Ball? I told you this place is underfunded.) If you’ve never seen Abbott Elementary, you can pick up the show at any point and get the jokes, assuming you attended school at some point in your life. It’s very funny.

Survivor (New episode)
Where to Watch: CBS (8 p.m.)
What Kind of Show: Reality Competition
Who’s In It: Jeff Probst

The show that helped trigger the reality TV revolution is cruising in its 50th season now with cast members from Survivors past returning to play including Joe Hunter from season 48 Savannah Louie from season 49, and even Colby Donaldson from season two! (Colby is 51 now and you would think that surviving in real life would be enough for the old boy.) In tonight’s new episode, country music star Zac Brown makes a special appearance to unveil a spearfishing reward challenge while the ‘Billie Eilish Boomerang Idol’ is explained. (Hope it has nothing to do with stolen lands; that kinda’ boomeranged on Billie.)

Scrubs (New Season)
Where to Watch: ABC (8 p.m.)
What Kind of Show: Medical Comedy
Who’s In It: Zach Braff, Donald Faison

Since they are in nearly every commercial, it may not seem like Zach Braff and Donald Faison are returning; feels like they never left. But the two actors are back in their ‘scrubs’ in this 10th season revival of the comedy series which aired on ABC from 2001 to 2010. Sarah Chalke, who plays a doctor on the show (but does not star in 3,569 commercials), will also return as Braff’s ex wife. In tonight’s new episode (number 5), J.D. (Braff) enters the dating scene after his divorce with the help of Turk (Faison), of course.
