Peacock to Add 122 New Shows & Movies In December 2025 – Here Are the 3 to Watch

Peacock next month (December 2025) plans to add 122 new shows and movies to its streaming lineup, according to the streamer’s web site. Here are the three to watch, in my humble opinion:

NFL Sunday Night Football (Peacock Exclusive)
Release Date: December 27, 7 p.m. ET
Peacock will get an exclusive regular season NFL game on Sunday night, December 27, which means a huge contingent of fans will take to social media to complain. With Peacock’s live sports entry plan at $10.99 a month, the anger will be understandable. But with the NFL’s flex schedule at work, it likely will be the week’s premiere game with tons of playoff implications. So get ready to pony up; you can complain later.

Bel-Air, Season Four (Final three episodes) – Peacock Original
Release Date: December 8
The remake of the Will Smith sitcom is wrapping up its fourth and final season with Will leaving Philadelphia for the tonier world of Bel-Air. The show is a departure from the TV fave with a heavy dose of drama and just a pinch of comedy. But the reviews have been good. On December 8, the series’ final three episodes will debut.

NBA Basketball: 14 Games!
Release Dates: Monday and Tuesday nights.
NBC has committed to upping its investment in live sports for the network and Peacock and this month’s lineup is a great illustration. In addition to the exclusive NFL game, Peacock will stream 14 different NBA games in prime time including the Suns and Lakers tomorrow night and the Knicks and Celtics on Tuesday night (December 2).
