Paramount Plus: Students Get 50 Percent Off
Paramount Plus is now offering students a 50 percent discount on either its $7.99 a month Essential package or the $12.99 Paramount Plus with Showtime package. The latter comes with a live feed of your local CBS affiliate so that’s the one to get with a full day of March Madness basketball starting today, March 20. (CBS is sharing the March Madness college basketball broadcasts with TBS, TNT, and truTV.)
The offer, which is good until April 8, 2025, requires students to verify their status at this page. The discount is available to new and returning student subscribers and will last for the first 12 months of service. However, you can cancel at any time with the cancellation becoming effective at the end of the billing period. Regular rates will apply if you don’t cancel prior to the end of the promotional term.
If you’re not a student, Paramount Plus is also offering a 30-day free trial at this page. The 30-day trial will take you through April 20 (if you signed up today), roughly two weeks after the March Madness final on April 7. Click on this article to learn more details.
