TV Answer Man, do you know if Sling TV has the Big Ten Network? I don’t see it in their Blue or Orange lineups. — Dexter, Bloomington, Indiana.

Dexter, Sling TV, the live streaming service owned by Dish, added The Big Ten Network to its lineup in October 2020. The channel, which airs live Big Ten football and basketball games, and other conference-related programs, is part of Sling’s Sports Extra add-on package for its $40-a-month ‘Blue’ plan subscribers.

(Note: Sling’s Orange plan subscribers will not be able to get the Big Ten Network in their Sports Extra plans. Orange and Blue, Sling’s two base $40-a-month packages, offer different lineups. The Big Ten Network will not be in Sling’s Orange plan because Fox-owned channels are only available in the Blue plan.)

Sports Extra, which costs an additional $11 a month, also includes the NFL Network, FS2, the NHL Network, the Pac-12 Network, the Tennis Channel and MLB Network, among others. Click here to learn more about Sling’s lineup and sports offerings.
