TV Answer Man, the baseball season is starting soon. Do you know if T-Mobile will have MLB TV for free again this season? That’s the only way I would get it because it’s so expensive. — Tony, Las Vegas.

Tony, MLB TV, the league’s streaming package of out-of-market games, is available this year for $149.99 for the entire season or $29.99 a month. However, T-Mobile, the wireless service, will once again provide the plan for free to customers with its T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile plans who have access to T-Mobile Tuesdays on the T-Live app. (You can download the T-Life app at Google Play and the Apple iTunes store, among other platforms.)

T-Mobile says customers can begin to redeem the free MLB TV subscription on the T-Life app from Tuesday, March 26, 5 a.m. ET through Tuesday, April 2 at 4:59 a.m. ET. After April 2 at 4:59 a.m. ET, the free offer will no longer be available for the 2024 season.
