Hulu this week (March 29-April 4) plans to add 78 new TV shows and movies to its subscription Video on Demand service, including one original.
The new titles will include the complete season three of Future Man (pictured above), the Hulu original comedy starring Josh Hutcherson as a janitor who’s recruited by two video game characters to save the world after he becomes the first person to finish an ‘unfinishable’ game.
Rottentomatoes.com, which tracks critical reviews, gives Future Man’s first two seasons a score of 91 out of a possible 100, based on 48 reviews.
“Future Man’s nostalgia-driven premise is elevated by the cast’s compelling chemistry and a sense of humor just dumb enough to lighten the sci-fi load,” the site states, summarizing the reviews.
