DIRECTV this month will air games in 4K HDR from both the Big East and Big Ten college basketball tournaments.

The Big East 4K broadcast, which will be simulcast in high-def on Fox Sports 1, will begin March 13 at 7 p.m. ET. DIRECTV will air Big East tournament games in 4K HDR at 7 p.m. (channel 105) and 9 p.m. ET (channel 105) on March 13; Noon, 2:30 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET (all channel 105) on March 14; and 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET on March 15 (channel 106.)

The Big Ten 4K broadcast, which will be simulcast in high-def on the Big Ten Network, will begin March 13 at 6:30 p.m. ET. DIRECTV wil air Big Ten tournament games in 4K HDR at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. ET (channel 106) on March 13; 12:30 p.m., 3 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. ET (channel 106) on March 14; and 12:30 p.m and 3 p.m. ET (channel 106) on March 15.

Fubo TV, the only multi-channel, live streaming service that offers live events in 4K, has also announced it will air Big East and Big Ten tournament games in the new picture format.
