During New Year’s week (December 30 through January 5), Netflix plans to add 43 new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup, including nine originals.

The new titles for the week will include The Bill Murray Stories: Life Lessons Learned From a Mythical Man, a Netflix original documentary about the lovable but eccentric actor as he wanders around America. The movie, which will premiere on New Year’s Eve day, has scored a 94 out of a possible 100 at RottenTomatoes.com, which tracks critical reviews. Sixteen of 17 critics surveyed said they liked it.

“The Bill Murray Stories: Life Lessons Learned From a Mythical Man addresses the very real title star’s amusingly bizarre habit of casually barging into regular lives,” writes Peter Howell of the Toronto Sun.

Also notable during the week: Four Indiana Jones movies; Pulp Fiction (pictured above), the tour de force drama that put director Quentin Tarantino on the map; and The Dark Knight, the best Batman movie ever with Christian Bale as the Caped Crusader and the great and sadly late Heath Ledger as The Joker.
