Netflix Adding 51 New Titles This Week

Netflix this week plans to add 51 new TV shows and movies to its streaming lineup, including 14 originals.

The new title list will include season two of Big Mouth, the Netflix original animated comedy from Nick Kroll and Andrew Goldberg;  Private Life, a Netflix original film starring Paul Giamatti and Kathryn Hahn as a couple struggling to navigate the complicated path to adoption or assisted reproduction; season one of Empire Games, a Netflix original documentary on notable achievements by great empires in ancient history; and Creeped Out, a Netflix original anthology series of scary tales for young viewers. (Note: Creeped Out first aired in 2017 in Canada and the United Kingdom.)

Also notable this week: The Shining (pictured above), the classic horror film from director Stanley Kubrick, which stars Jack Nicholson and Shelley Duvall; and Blazing Saddles, the Mel Brooks comedy that turned the Western genre on its head.
